Second scout in my Sailor Scout series dedicated to Sailor Moon coming back in 2013. <3
hfiegeo I had a horrible time with the background. Luckily April made it smexy. <3
I chose to do Sailor Mars next because one of my best childhood friends loves her. =3 This is dedicated to her. <3 We may have grown apart, but you're still number one on my list. 8D! (tied with April though lol. x3)

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is a cute nice work with some improvement from your side.
Firstly, the background is again well made but with the gradient of yellow diamonds from bottom to top. Then there is the glow near the girls feet and the reflection within it. These give the picture a better look. had there been no gradient the picture might have felt a bit empty if you ask me.
Other than that the character is well made with all the cute details and the firs in her hand with its glow adds further. Again the girl being based on few colors (Red purple white) along with the background gives a nice touch.
