Pepperment is our 8-year-old OC and mascot (yes, her name is spelled 'Pepperment' rather than 'Peppermint' on purpose). 
She's friendly, outgoing, and has a huge sweet tooth. Don't be fooled by her name though, she actually doesn't like eating peppermints, but she does like the look of them.
