I didn't change some line colors.. however they look fine as is so I think I shall leave them~ (Unless too many people tell me I should change them. x3)

Ah the adorable chibi style, something very common but is still quite enjoyable. I like the way you draw them and how the proportions still fit while being able to hold the style. The facial features are friendly and use unique features, (I love how you drew the nose!) and the clothing complements it perfectly. The gradient over the eyes is a lovely touch, I hope you keep that flare! The hair could have been implemented more, as it looks a little lopsided and holds no further depth, looking almost paper-like. I would fix this through the bangs, where they look static and out of place. I recommend drawing them more natural, add some "bounce" to them so to speak (look at some RL bangs for example). The right side of the characters head also protrudes more than the other, giving it that lopsided fault. The background is a nice pattern, but seems a little distracting. It's hard to concentrate on the character. Perhaps a lower opacity, and centering the character will make it look better. Overall a cute piece that I'm sure will be loved!
